Every T.co Forge knife is forged one at a time using traditional blacksmithing and bladesmithing methods with carefully selected premium steel.
Each blade begins as raw material and is shaped, heat treated, ground, and finished entirely in-house through a hands-on bladesmithing process. No two knives are exactly alike. Every detail—from edge geometry and balance to handle fit and finish—is considered with real-world use in mind.

T.co Forge knives are built to be carried, worked, and relied on—not mass-produced or decorative. The bladesmithing process is intentionally time-intensive, allowing each knife to be crafted with purpose, precision, and respect for the trade.

This form allows you to request a custom knife made to your specifications. You’ll be able to share details such as blade length, style, handle preferences, and carry orientation. Once submitted, a non-refundable deposit secures your place in our build schedule and allows us to review your request before bladesmithing begins. Final pricing and timelines are confirmed after your design details are evaluated.
